FIMC
Building a Scalable Marketing Engine Across Channels and Audiences
The Situation
FIMC offers membership-based benefits programs that serve both businesses and end consumers, working closely with employers, PEOs, lenders, and insurance brokers to bring these programs to market.
As the business grew, their marketing needed to do more across more audiences. Messaging needed to resonate with both B2B partners and end users, content needed to scale, and materials needed to be more consistent and easier to use.
At the same time, FIMC needed to better support the businesses that sell their membership programs, while also increasing awareness and engagement with members.
Approach
Bongo partnered with FIMC to build a more structured, scalable marketing engine that supports growth across channels, audiences, and use cases.
We focused on creating alignment, consistency, and ongoing execution:
- Social media, content, and paid media strategy
Built a consistent organic presence alongside targeted paid media programs, including LinkedIn advertising, to grow awareness, reach the right B2B audiences, and support partner-driven sales. - SEO, blog development, and content optimization
Developed ongoing blog content and optimized site structure to improve organic visibility, while clearly explaining FIMC’s offerings to both professional organizations and end consumers. - Creative services and asset standardization
Designed and standardized marketing materials to ensure consistency across channels, while expanding creative assets through custom illustrations and branded visuals. - Member email strategy
Built a targeted email program to increase member engagement, reinforce program value, and drive ongoing usage and retention.
The goal was to create a system that not only attracts new partners and members, but also supports ongoing adoption, engagement, and growth.

Impact
FIMC moved from more fragmented marketing efforts to a coordinated, multi-channel approach that supports both acquisition and retention.

Takeaway
When a business relies on partners to sell its offerings, marketing has to do more than generate awareness.
By aligning messaging, building strong sales support materials, and executing consistently across organic, paid, and lifecycle channels, FIMC was able to make it easier for partners to sell, easier for members to see value, and easier for the business to grow.
